Bookings and Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of $150 (or 1 week's accommodation) is required. In the case of a cancellation, a Booking Fee applies. Deposits may be transferred at Manager's discretion.

We reserve the right to charge 1.5% for the use of a credit card to pay accounts.

Full payment is required on arrival. No refunds are given for early departures.

A late departure fee will be charged if not vacated by 10 a.m.

Behaviour: Quiet time is 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Unruly behaviour or excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy of the offending party or parties at one hours notice without explanation - no refund given.

Bike/roller blades/scooters/skateboards not permitted during peak period (Qld. School holidays). Off-peak - walking pace only. Not to be ridden after dark.

Dogs: Conditional - must have consent from Management to the following conditions: "Dog owners agree to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their dog whilst within the Park, and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the dog's activities." They must not left un-attended in the Park at any time. Barking is to be controlled. Droppings are to be removed and disposed of immediately by owner.

Bins: Please use recycle bin where appropriate, and wrap garbage to go in the green bin. If you must smoke, please use ashtrays.

Visitors: Visitors vehicles are prohibited from entering Park. Tenants are responsible for their visitors' behaviour. Visitors must vacate Park prior to 9 p.m., and are not permitted to use pool, barbecue or laundry facilities.
